Lerae has been coaching since 1999 — before coaching was an industry, before it had a LinkedIn aesthetic, before the frameworks multiplied and the funnels arrived.
She became one of Canada’s first Master Certified Coaches in 2006. Since then, she has logged more than 15,000 coaching hours across 43 countries, helped shape generations of coaches and mentor coaches, and has been appointed by the International Coaching Federation to co-lead the first global Community of Practice for Mentor Coaches.
Her authority in this space has never come from performance. It comes from devotion to the work itself — and from more than 27 years of protecting what can so easily get lost beneath technique, branding, business-building, and industry expectation:
